Sharpening my shears

Its no secret that I'm a huge fan of Hattori Hanzo Shears. I use my favorite pair of Hanzo hairstylist shears each and every day. The other week my fantastic Hanzo rep Caleb came by to check on my shears. He noticed there was a slight nic on them and asked me if I wanted him to hook me up and get them sharpened and fixed. Ummm yeah…of course, sign me up!!! The process was super easy. He basically picked them up and sent them out. 

A couple of days later, I received an email that they were back on their way to me. How cool is that! My shear rep takes such good care of me and then I get a notification that the shears I can't live without are on their way home. Caleb dropped them off and we took a quick picture. (above)

Not only does he have amazing customer service, he is really funny and a joy to work with. If you aren't local don't worry, you can still buy shears online and when its time to get your Hanzo hairstylist shears sharpened, you simply purchase a sharpening online and then they will email a pre-paid shipping label to you. All you have to do is print the label, pack your shears and drop it off. Pssshhh too easy! So go get you some. It's so easy!
