 Long before she was a professional stylist, notable hair influencer and brand founder, Jenny Strebe was a dreamer. Her lifelong quest and personal mission has always been to find peace, strength and balance in all areas of her life.

 Jenny first worked behind the chair in 2000 and has never looked back. From the energy that can only be found in the salon, the sense of community the industry fosters and constant creativity that comes from working with hair, Jenny knew this was the path she was meant to walk.

Soon after having her first child, Jenny craved to create a community that could be a safe place to share, elevate and inspire other hair professionals. She launched her digital platforms with a 30-day challenge where every day she changed her style, and from there her community growth skyrocketed. Today, Jenny's goal to foster community and connection continues to grow among hundreds of thousands of professionals, while also inspiring consumers to experience new styles whether in the chair or at home.

 In 2013, Jenny had a pivotal career moment as she juggled a thriving profession as a stylist, her sought-after status as a hair influencer, content creator, author and her role as a new mom. Amidst the chaos, she discovered peace and balance through yoga, exercise and finding her center. However, what Jenny struggled to find were high-performance haircare and styling products that reflected her lifestyle and values. As only a true entrepreneur would do, she took the leap of faith, put everything on the line to self-fund, develop and launch the products she desired to use on herself and clients.

 This led to the launch of AIIR Professional in December 2019, the original and first ever crystal-infused hair care line that delivers innovative results with holistic elements from the Earth. Blending energetic crystals like Sapphire and Rose Quartz with natural botanicals, AIIR Professional products support a centered life and healthy, vibrant hair. The entire collection is designed with intention and care, from the beautiful magnolia scent inspired by Jenny’s daughter, Magnolia, to the holographic labels that symbolize crystals, to the uplifting affirmations inscribed on each product. AIIR Professional is a brand that was created for anyone who seeks a more balanced and beautiful life.
