Red Balloons For Ryan

I'm sitting here heartbroken and speechless about today. I got on my daily morning instagram lurking session and I was overwhelmed with what I came across. In my instagram feed I learned about a boy name Ryan Saladana who tragically lost his life from a horrific accident. He was innocently chasing a Frisbee at a friends house and ran into the street and was struck by a car.

This is such a heart wrenching story. I don't know the family, and I'm not going to pretend I do nor try to  understand what they might be going through. But I'm deeply saddened for his family and friends.

When I was looking at all of the overwhelming posts and tags of #redballoonsforryan I immediately knew I wanted and needed to help in any way I can. As a mother of two I just can't imagine what this family is going through. Its going to take some time for them to get through it, if ever. But a way I knew I could help is donate 100% of my proceeds from one of my necklaces from Project Heart Yourself to Ryans family. I've been in contact with their good family friend to make sure my donation goes to the right individual.

The necklace I'm wanting to donate my proceeds from is my Curved Bars made with real gold and silver. The message behind this piece of jewelry is "When life throws you a curve, fight for what you want." We all get thrown curves in our life, this family is going through a major life curve.

Want to know how to help? Share the above picture on instagram and tag @Projectheartyourself and hashtag #redballoonsforryan so that we can spread the word and donate as much as we can. You can also purchase a curve necklace  RIGHT HERE and know that you are buying for a good cause.

I know my effort won't take away the pain for this family, but at least it will help the financial burden.
